Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Clear debris, remove hazardous materials, and set up warning signs or safety barriers.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport supplies using wheelbarrows, carts, or forklifts.
• Trade Support: Fetch tools, hold equipment, and mix concrete or mortar for skilled workers.
• Site Upkeep: Sweep, tidy workspaces, and properly dispose of waste or scrap materials.
• Equipment Operation: Use basic hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders safely.

Requirements and Skills

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, and perform rigorous manual work in all weather conditions.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to workplace rules and wear required protective gear (PPE).
• Communication: Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors clearly.
• Reliability: Show up on time, work well in a team, and maintain a strong work ethic.

Contract: This is for Dependent Work with a 1-year contract.
